CADBench provides AI-assisted CAD design with deterministic validation. While we strive for accuracy, output should be verified by a qualified engineer before manufacturing.

4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of designs you create. We retain ownership of our platform, algorithms, and validation engine.
5. Limitation of Liability
CADBench is provided "as is." We are not liable for manufacturing defects, production delays, or damages resulting from use of our service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
